He has for the past number of years been consistently and actively engaged in intense public rights advocacy before the courts and quasi-judicial and administrative bodies, as well as in public interest and rights education and advisory services. He has been involved in a number of complex and complicated matters in many areas of law, such as labor and employment, criminal, matrimonial, immovable property, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution, among others, in Ghana. Further, with his in-depth and advanced legal training in international trade and business law, alternative dispute resolution in general, and commercial dispute settlement, Moses looks forward to expanding his extensive in-country practice to international trade/investment and business matters, maritime governance and disputes, international sale of goods, mining and commodity trading guidance and advisory services, energy and petroleum contract negotiations and reviews, and commercial dispute resolution generally. Moses is truly a passionate legal practitioner. He is not only diligent but also resilient in his pursuit of clients’ interests. In fact, he is a fierce rights advocate and a results-driven strategist for the best possible results required for clients. He holds LLMs in International Trade and Business Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and the University of Ghana, respectively.
